DESCRIPTION:The Bromeliad Society of Queensland invites you to their 2026 Autumn show – the Bromeliad & Tropicals Show & Sales. \nBromeliad & Tropicals Autumn Show & Sales 2026 \nLocation: The Coleman Centre – John Paul College – Gate 1\, John Paul Drive Daisy Hill 4127 \nTimes: Saturday 18th April 8am – 4pm and Sunday 19th April 8am – 1pm. \nCost: $4 per person / Cash and EFTPOS accepted for Entry payment. Free for children under 15 years old. \nFree entry for Bromeliad Society of Queensland members\, Garden clubs/societies groups of 10 or more receive FREE ENTRY. \nPlenty of free parking available onsite. \nFeaturing: Spend the weekend exploring bromeliads and tropical plants where garden inspiration is everywhere at the Bromeliad & Tropicals Spring Show & Sales. \nBromeliads have attractive leaves and clump which means they make great ground cover\, equally they can be grown individually in pots. They are epiphytic so are often found in trees and on stumps. Depending on the variety\, bromeliads can take full sun\, part sun or total shade and are high survivors. Their flowers are stunning and long lasting. \nPresented by the Bromeliad Society of Queensland\, our experienced growers will be sharing their luscious gardens with you. Purchase all types of plants from bromeliads & tillandsias to tropicals & indoor plants\, starting at only $5. \nBromeliad Information sessions will be held on Saturday at 11am and 1pm\, plus Sunday at 11am – no charge – to provide you with information on growing and propagating bromeliads. \nThe Society is proud to donate all proceeds from the Monster Raffle\, recipient to be confirmed.  \nThings to do \nBuy plants! \nThere will be a variety of plants for sale from over thirty experienced growers including bromeliads\, tropicals\, indoor plants\, orchids\, hoyas\, begonias\, succulents and many more. \nFrom green thumbs to novice gardeners\, you won’t leave empty handed. \nKid-friendly. \nPlants will be refreshed throughout the event. Cash and EFTPOS accepted for plant purchases. \nAdmire the competition plants \nSee the award winning competition entries from our members. \nBecome a member and learn about bromeliads \nGrowers and Society volunteers will be at the event to help you choose the right plants for your garden and answer all your questions. Come and say hello\, we love talking about broms!
