Spring Show and Sale

The Bromeliad Society of Queensland invites you to their 2021 Spring show – the Bromeliad & Tropicals Show & Sales.

Dates and times

Saturday 25th September from 8am to 4pm

Sunday 26th September from 8am to 1pm


Genesis Christian College – Sports Hall

Youngs Crossing Road, Bray Park QLD 4500

Plenty of free parking available onsite.

$4 per person / Cash and EFTPOS accepted for Entry payment. Free for children under 15 years old.

For garden clubs/societies, groups of 10 or more receive FREE ENTRY.

Things to do

Buy plants!

There will be a variety of plants for sale from over thirty experienced growers including bromeliads, tropicals, indoor plants, orchids, hoyas, begonias, succulents and many more.

From green thumbs to novice gardeners, you won’t leave empty handed.


Plants will be refreshed throughout the event. Cash and EFTPOS accepted for plant purchases.

Monster Raffle with all proceeds being donated to Mount Samson State School Horticultural program.

Cash or Card accepted for Raffle Ticket Purchases.

Tickets can be purchased at the Show. Winners for the Monster Raffle will be drawn at 12 noon on Sunday 26th September and will be contacted after the drawing of the prizes. Thanks to the growers for donating the plant prizes.

Growers and Society volunteers will be at the event to help you choose the right plants for your garden and answer all your questions. Come and say hello, we love talking about broms! There will also be books available for purchase.

Take a break

After filling a box or two full of plants, take a break, there will be plant minding facilities available.

Enjoy the refreshments being sold by the Rotary Club of Pine Rivers Daybreak.

The event is being held in accordance with current COVID-19 Safe Guidelines.
